It is advisable to sleep in the shade. In the case of mosquitoes, use a mosquito net. Due to the intense heat in summer, water and other sweet drinks are used in abundance, which causes our bodies to lack salt and nutrients.


Thus, the body's strength and digestive functions are not correct. In these conditions, the germs present in the water during the rainy season become aggressive. If we follow the principles of dietary precautions and hygiene, we can avoid weather disorders. Always eat food with hunger and freshness. Do not use market foods that are not prepared according to hygiene standards. 

Avoid eating stale and rotten fruit 

Do not use raw fruit. Be careful in eating certain fruits like guava, watermelon, melon, and cucumber. Never eat stale food. Do not eat meat that has been frozen for a long time. Be careful with fried foods, eat fast digestible food, and eat less. A little carelessness and overeating will upset the stomach. In this season, the stomach gets upset very quickly and dysentery occurs. Always boil water and drink it. 

Precautions for children

Do not let small children use ice packs and balls and ice. Buttermilk with salt is useful without ice. Keep food items covered. The use of onion, garlic, and ginger is useful to prevent seasonal diseases and strengthen the immune system against them. The use of vinegar also prevents diseases. Wash fruits and vegetables and use them fresh.

Use vinegar

The use of vinegar eliminates the toxic effects of drugs on the body. Cleanses the blood and prevents boils. Quells thirst. Digests food quickly. Useful in all types of inflammation and removes heat in the body.
