We don't see as that  before with each passing day.  it has often been seen that due to the effect of the environment or in the case of illness or any other reason, we look old in our youth. The lack of vitamins in our body can also be a reason that helps to keep the skin young.

Many people resort to skin glowing and shining supplements which are very beneficial to some extent but also have side effects. Now scientists at the University of St Andrews in the UK, He recently reported in a study published in the American Journal of Public Health that eating more fruits and vegetables can change skin color and give it a healthy glow within a few weeks.

Professor David Parrett and colleagues recruited 35 students and examined their diet and changes in skin tone over a 6-week period, noting how much change in skin tone occurred. The students who ate a lot of fruits and vegetables during the period had a golden and healthy glow in their skin tone while the students who consumed less fruits and vegetables had slightly less skin tone.

Ross Whitehead, a researcher from St Andrews, says that people who eat more fruit and vegetables have an attractive skin tone, which makes us look healthy and attractive. The latest research shows that even a little care in the diet gives a significant benefit to the skin color.

Parrett said

Although skin color varies markedly around the world, we see similar influences across cultures. For Asians and Europeans alike, a good diet can be associated with an attractive skin tone. The message that a good diet improves skin tone can improve health around the world.

Co-author, Dr.Gozde Ozakanchi lectures in Health Psychology at St Andrews. 

He said, 

Showiness can be a powerful motivator and is being used to encourage people to avoid smoking, excessive exposure and alcohol consumption, all of which can accelerate aging. Our research suggests that eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is beneficial for healthy skin.

Whitehead said

Most of us know that we should be eating lots of fruits and vegetables, yet we are not motivated to actually go ahead and eat a healthy diet.

Government strategies aimed at improving diets usually only provide information about why a healthy diet is good for us, but these strategies have so far had no real impact on eating habits at the national level. Researchers believe that eating more fruits and vegetables can make the skin healthier and attractive in the long run. Researchers in Scotland are conducting trials and investigating whether people can be persuaded to change their diet.
